The FE&M multi-blade round damper with welded airfoil blades utilize stub shafts and stiffening options similar to the Standard Louver Damper.
It is engineered to provide precise flow control while minimizing static pressure loss in round ducts. Gas leakage varies from 5% to 0.5% typically.
Components in common with this damper and the Standard Louver Damper include shafts, packing glands, bearings, actuators, controls, indicators, parallel and opposed blade non-adjustable and adjustable blade linkage.
For reference, butterfly and guillotine dampers are also offered in round versions as well.
